Why do I need Insurance? What to know and how to get the right level of Insurance for you.

tappON is committed to safety and peace of mind for all members. As a Service Provider you can be exposed to a number of risks. It is important that you have the right insurance policy and are adequately covered.

To become a tappON member and help other individuals you will require a minimum of $20 million public liability insurance. Depending on your profession you may require additional insurance such as professional indemnity and/or medical malpractice. To understand your insurance requirements, get in touch with one of the two insurance brokers below if you don’t already have an insurer.

The benefit of organising your professional insurance policy means you are not only covered working via tappON but anywhere else in that profession.

As a member of tappON, you will be required to maintain an insurance policy for the services you are offering. You will need to provide tappON with a Certificate of Currency of your insurance policy.
